Happy Valentine's Day to everyone of u~!!~>
Once a yr's most warm, romatic day is coming~!~ Valentine's Day~!!~ This yr is a abit sad for me, cos I cannot celebrate this very special day with my dar dar and my SG frenz. But nvm!! Isz me? I dunnoe...>
Wat am I thinkin abt?? I dunnoe... Really dunnoe...
Today I nv attend my lesson, cos not feel in very well... Abit of headache, then also feel tired, so I skipped my 3 hrs lessons. Ya lah... Of cos feel bad ma... But bo bian, gonna fall sick again ma... So rest at home lor... Now feel better le... Dun worry... ^_^
I just finished my dinner, and I hate the weather outside... It's raining!! No!! I hate it... =/ I like that SingNite 2006 Dinner... It was tiring, but it's fun... Got chance to noe more ppl from other universities. ^^ And after tat big event, I tho. we can have a rest... But no~!!~ We still need to plan some simple trips or events for this mth and next mth... Hmm... Act. I'm lookin forward for AD&D and Tiger Tiger Party. hehe This will have more details in the meetin ba... I gonna talk abt other things le... Cannot always talk those things u dunnoe ma... rite? hehe
Finally the exam over and new semt. started... Now is still during CNY, and I dun have the chance to play 21 and dai dee... Haiz So sad... =( The next most sad things is... Valentine's Day is coming~!!~ And... I cannot celebrate with my dear, sorry leh dear... this yr cannot celebrate with u. *Sobz* Nvm... Dear u still will get my wishes de. ^^ Hm... V-day ppl always prepare rose la... cards la... gifts la... ect. But I think it is important when u have heart to give, the things are not as important as ur heart. Rite? If u tresure ur dear, everyday is ur V-day. =)
But hor... V-day ppl always buy roses rite? Act. different colour of the roses got different meaning one leh... hehe But my fav. rose is... Purple Roses~!! then followed by Champagne White and Light Pink. I dunnoe y I dun really like Hot Red... Dun ask me y, I dun even noe y... =P And my next flower follwed by Purple Roses is... Lavender~ Also purple~ haha I bet u all dunnoe the "Flower Meaning, 花語" of Purple Rose (紫玫瑰) & Lavender (薰依草). =P Now I tell u... For Purple Rose, the meaning is... "True Love, 真情之愛" and for Lavender is... "Waiting for Love, 等待愛情." The meaning is sweet rite? ^_^ I found out the meaning for both of the flower after I realise I like this two flower so much... *Luv*
Other than V-day, like my bday la... or X'mas la... My frenz always ask me wat u want, but I will ans them... Anything will do, just u got heart to give me and treat me as ur fren. ^_^ But at the end they always give me soft toys.... haha My fav./usual present for all event ==>> Soft Toys. =X Tat's y now my bedroom is flooded with soft toys... either big or small... -__-" But I like it~ hehe...
The other think I like is... Star!! Anything with star shape I like it. Really... I dunnoe y... I feel it is nice in shape and feel abit romatic with star... And I like this Quote alot... "伸手摘星，未必如願，但不會弄髒你的手。摘一顆星，送給心愛的人... 抓住你要的流星。" If I translate it to eng will be... "Catch the one u love, maybe u might not get wat u want at the end, but it wont give u any bad sign... SingNite 2006 in Manchester... (4th Feb)>
Oh yeah~ Here comes SingNite 2006 in Manchester~ Feb 4th~~ All Singaporians all over UK come and gather together in Manchester~!!~ Wat a happening event... And it is still durin Chinese New Year period... Xin Nian Kuai Le~
We the SSSM helped out the UKSSC to make this even end smoothly... We help in organisin tourin for Manchester Soccer Stadium, Old Trafford, Traffod Centre Shoppin Centre... etc. And Finally~ The event begins on 4th Feb, Sat 7pm at Thistle Hotel~ Thou. the room is not very big, but it still can held 20 tables for 200 ppl to come for this very dinner. 1st time this SingNite Dinner is held at Manchester, and is really easy for our UOM/UMIST students to join. Hmm... But the food is not tat good la... sorry la... All hotel food is like tat rite? (I tho. so.... =X)
The dinner began with a speech by Singapore High Comm. and then follow by Latin Dance... wat a hot dance they had... Sexy dancer... ^_^ But sorry la... I dun have pic for the Latin Dance... Then followed by an Evening Quiz. Hm... but my table didnt have the chance to win it... Haiz Nvm... try harder next time. =P
After the Quiz, we had PARTIDA SamBa Band, this band is quite a happenin event... Cos they really bring up the atmosphere~ Oh ya... and I like the "Best Mask Award" very much... cos the mask is damn chio... Really chio... and sorry again I nv took pic... =P Sorry la... But I like luky draw also. Wee wee~ Guess wat... 1st and 2nd price is all gotten by our students~ 2nd price goes to.... Connie Ng~ I think is around 30 Pounds Voucher. Hm... 1st price.... Goes to... Zi Wei~!!~ A voucher of Tea for Two at London Royal Hotel~!!~ Wow~ Zi Wei~ Bring Connie go and enjoy ur romatic tea for two~ =X
And before the Dancing starts... We had our last event... Street Dance performed by MMU. Also not bad... Hot music plus Hot dancer. Hehe... The dinner is gonna end... and Dancing begins~~
But the funny part of this whole dinner is... we use mike to anouce for whole Manchester Students for photo takin ... wahahaz Can u imagine, all Manchester gonna squeeze in the little square of dance floor... -__-" And somemore... we also use mike to anouce ppl who were interested in clubbin at M2... haha... and pls gather outside at the reception. Best sia... =P Dunnoe who's idea was tat, use mike to announce all these... But too bad, I think they end up at Scu Bar... Lucky I nv go... I was so tired and I go home rest. Cos the next day we got to tour around Old Trafford and Manchester City Centre... Oh my god... Wat a tireding day gonna be... Haiz
